Step 1: Application Review & First Contact
Apply for your chosen position online. We will review your CV and application and follow up with our preliminary questions to help us gauge your eligibility for the role. If your application is suitable for the position, your CV will be passed to the Hiring Manager for review.

Step 2: Screener Call with Recruitment
​​​​​​​In order to better understand your goals and motivations, as well as your suitability to our company DNA and team culture, we will arrange a short 30-min screener interview to get to know you better.

Step 3: Hiring Manager Interview

 If you are successful during the screener call, we will arrange your first Interview with the Hiring Manager for the role. During this step, the manager will aim to get a better understanding of your previous work experience, as well as your expectations and ways of working, to ensure you are the right fit for the role and team.

Step 4: Online Assessment

 All of our candidates are then asked to complete a short 30-minute online assessment which consists of three 10-minute tests, assessing your logical, abstract and numerical skills. There is no need to prepare anything in advance, just make sure you are in a quiet space when you take the tests.

Step 5: (Optional) Additional Interview(s)

 Depending on the role you are applying for, you might be invited to attend additional interviews with other team members or dotted-line managers, so they can get to know you better and share their feedback with the Hiring Manager.

Step 6: Final Stage Interview

 All of our successful candidates finalise the recruitment process by attending an interview with our Head of HR and our Managing Director, who will help us make the final decision and progress your application to the offer stage.

How to prepare for your INTERVIEW with us

At Arlo Europe Verisure, we don't make decisions based only on past experience but look for potential and fit with our company values instead. This is how you can best prepare for your interview with us:
Prepare at Home Learn about the
​​​​​​​position and our company.
Make sure your CV is up to date You don't need to bring a copy but having one at hand might help you during the interview.
Review possible answers Train your mind by antipating relevant questions.
Be on time Give yourself time to arrive and get comfortable.
Relax It's not an interview, it's a conversation and about getting to know each other.
Take your time Take your time to think about, and structure, your answers.
It's about you There are no right or wrong answers!
Be optimistic Everyone makes a mistake sometimes so accept it with optimism.
